Marat graduated from the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University. He previously led improvement projects at the Moscow Traffic Control Center and worked with contractors under the city’s Department of Capital Repairs.

This experience allows him to confidently manage projects from concept to execution. At STEP, he leads both the architecture and engineering teams, overseeing four domains: transport, landscaping, master planning, and traffic organization.

As a traffic safety expert, he believes that clear modal prioritization is essential to shaping a livable urban environment.
